By accessing or using the Avenza Marketplace website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Account Registration

To place orders or register as a merchant seller, you must create a secure user account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Vendor Sales & Listings

Avenza operates as a multi-vendor platform. Product listings are posted by independent merchant sellers who set their own prices, inventory counts, and shipping parameters. While we monitor quality, Avenza does not assume direct liability for vendor warranty defaults.

4. Payments & Transactions

Payments for all purchases must be completed during checkout using Razorpay or cash on delivery (where supported). All transactions are encrypted and processed securely. You agree to pay the listed pricing, taxes (GST), and designated shipping fees.

5. Limitations of Liability

Avenza shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the marketplace, including vendor delays or defective product specifications.
