Refund & Cancellation

1. Order Cancellations

Customers can cancel any placed order directly from their dashboard within **2 hours** of checkout, provided the independent merchant seller has not packaged or shipped the item. Once an order is shipped, cancellations cannot be processed.

2. Replacement & Returns

We offer an easy **15-day return and replacement policy** for defective, damaged, or incorrect products. To qualify for a replacement, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by the invoice and warranty card.

3. Refund Processing

Once returned items are received and inspected by the merchant, refunds are approved and processed back to the original payment method (e.g. Razorpay bank account or wallet) within **5 to 7 business days**. Cash on Delivery (COD) refunds will be issued via bank transfer.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Certain categories are exempted from returns and replacements due to hygiene and software policy safety. This includes intimate apparel, skincare cosmetics (unless delivered damaged), custom-crafted furniture, and digital software keys.
